FMEA - Failure Mode and Effects Analysis,

This is a FMEA file,

This tool was introduced in the late 1940, with military purposes by the US ARMY, later was used to avoid erros at the process to developed aircrafts, at 1970 the Ford Motors Company introduced FMEA to the automotive industries, also was used to improve production and design.
